Dear ADA Nationwide,
While shopping at the health food store in
Richmond, Virginia I backed into a store
shelf with my Power chair. The bump
caused it to lose power and I could only go
a short distance before it stopped working
again. When I called ADA the service to
reattach my battery. I don’t know what I
would have done with out you. Please tell

To whom it may concern,
Last week my daughter had a doctor’s
appointment in downtown Manhattan. She’s
15 years old and getting too big for me to
pick-up from her chair to carry. When our van
broke down I dialed ADA’s toll-free number. I
was very impressed how quickly a service
person arrived to help get my daughter out of
our van and into the lift van with her chair.
The towing company arrived quickly too.
What could have been a long and
overwhelming event was made very bearable
by your quick response and excellent service.

Dear ADA Nationwide,
I use a Power chair and wanted to let you
know how much I appreciate your services.
In August we took a road trip to Northern
California to visit family. On I-5 about 30
miles from the nearest town my van broke
down. When I called ADA for help they
arranged for a Lift Van to transport us to a
hotel with an accessible room. Shortly
thereafter a tow truck arrived to take care of
my van. When traveling away from home I
can count on ADA to keep me safe. Thank
you for being there for me!
